Speaking to Channels Television from his country home in the Isiala Ngwa Local Government Area of the state, he urged the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Mahmood Yakubu, to rein in the leadership of the electoral body in Abia state so that they do not subvert the will of the people.

Alex Otti insisted, “The Labour Party won by a landslip in virtually all of the results that have been uploaded and made public.”

“The involved local governments are Obingwa, where the outgoing governor hails from, Osisioma, Aba North, and Aba South, where we won by an overwhelming margin. Obingwa is an intriguing case because the BVAS was not used in the majority of wards in active collusion with INEC.
