FG Pays ASUU November Salary, previous 8Months Pay Withheld
It has been confirmed by Ejesgist.ng that all salaries for the month of November 2022 for lecturers working under the auspices of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU have been paid in full.
Our correspondent was also able to ascertain that the Federal Government continued to withhold the arrears for the previous eight months.

In an interview that took place on Wednesday in Abuja with one of our correspondents, a senior member of the union at Bayero University Kano made this information public.
“I can confirm to you that we have received the full amount of our salaries for the month of November. Some of our other members have already begun receiving their paychecks. However, the arrears has not be released until further notice.”
According to the article that was published in this online newspaper, the Federal Government chose not to pay the striking lecturers for the eight months that the union was on strike.
