At a press conference at the party’s secretariat, the LP National Chairman informed the media that “our appeal at the Appeal Court” had overturned a previous restraint by the FCT High Court.

With his successful appeal of the order by the lower court, the appeal has technically reinstated Julius Abure as the National Chairman of the Labour Party.
