Gunmen kill two Ebubeagu operatives in Ebonyi
In Abakaliki, the city that serves as the capital of Ebonyi State, at least two members of the Ebubeagu Security Outfit have been gunned down and killed by unknown assailants.
According to the information gathered by this online newspaper, the incident took place on Friday evening at the well-known Ebebe Junction.

The incident, which also resulted in a number of local residents sustaining injuries of varying degrees of severity, has caused palpable fears among the citizenry, as evidenced by the fact that some of them were seen scrambling for safety.
