Delta State Traffic Management Authority | DESTMA Recruitment 2021 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified young, energetic and intelligent Deltans to fill the following positions in Delta State Traffic Management Authority.

The positions are:

1) CLERICAL OFFICER-(TRAFFIC ASSISTANT SALARY GRADE LEVEL 04)

Qualifications for CLERICAL OFFICER

Candidates must possess the following: First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)

Senior School Leaving Certificate (WAEC/NECO) or General Certificate of Education (GCE) or National Board for Technical Education (NABTEC) with minimum of four (4) credits obtained at one sitting or 5 credits at not more than two sittings

2) MOTOR DRIVER/MECHANIC-(TRAFFIC ASSISTANT SALARY GRADE LEVEL 04)

Qualifications for MOTOR DRIVER/MECHANIC

Candidates must possess the following:

10 First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) 11) Class Three Trade Test Certificate

iii) Valid Driver’s License

Other Conditions:

a) Birth certificate or sworn affidavit

b) Local government area of origin c) Computer literacy is an added advantage

d) Applicants must be medically fit.

e) Applicants must not be less than 18 years and not more than 27 years of age as at the time of applying.

f) Female applicants must produce pregnancy test certificate from a Government hospital.

g) Applicants must be of good character and must not have been convicted of any criminal offence.

Note Any certificate(s) or qualification(s) not declared at the time of recruitment cannot be presented for career progression in the Authority at a later date.
