Description

• The Federal Government of Nigeria has acquired financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IEAD) in the direction of the implementation of the Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise within the Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) Project.  This undertaking is geared toward enhancing revenue, job creation and meals security by Agribusiness enterprise growth in a sustainable method for the Niger Delta area.
• LIFE-ND intends to use half of the funding to eligible funds underneath the contract for consultancy service for the preparation of detailed prototype designs and growth of BOQ for typical market infrastructure rehabilitation / development for the LIFE-ND Project.

Consulting Services (“The Services”) Consist of the Following:

• The goal of the task is to supply architectural and engineering companies to make sure that the surveys, designs and technical specs for the rehabilitation / upkeep and development of agribusiness infrastructure for LIFE-ND are ready to fulfill applicable requirements for local weather resilient infrastructure and that the infrastructure is constructed in accordance with the plans and specs and in any other case in accordance with sound technical requirements.

The Candidates

Consulting Firm A

Consulting Firm C
Will undertake the next prototype design duties:

• Agro and processing Building – Aggregation Centers, Ventilated Improved Pit (VIP) latrine;
• Animal Buildings – Poultry, Goatry and Piggery; Aquaculture infrastructure – Earth ponds, Concrete fish ponds, Fish farm buildings housing – plastic tanks, poly fibre tanks.

Eligibility Requirements

• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) together with type CAC 2 and CAC 7
• Evidence of Company Income Tax clearance certificates for the final three (3) years (2017, 2018 & 2019) legitimate until 31st December, 2020
• Evidence of present Pension Compliance Certificate legitimate until 31st December, 2020
• Evidence of present Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate legitimate until 31st December, 2020
• Evidence of present Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate legitimate until 31st December, 2020
• Company’s Audited Accounts for the final three (3) years (20l7, 2018 & 2019)
• Evidence of monetary functionality to execute the undertaking by submission of Reference Letter from a good business financial institution in Nigeria indicating willingness to supply credit score facility for the execution of the consulting companies when wanted.
