Osun Policewoman Alleged Her DCO Tortured Her

The Ikire Area Commander was instructed to take charge of the case and report back to the CP, according to Yemisi Opalola, the Osun Police Public Relations Officer. She added that the investigation would be finished in two days.

“As soon as we heard about it, the CP instructed the Divisional Police Officer to bring them, and he personally interviewed them, instructing the Ikire Area Commander to take over the further investigation,” the woman claimed. The probe will be over by (Thursday), not yesterday (Wednesday).

In a statement on Wednesday, CSP Muyiwa Adejobi, the force’s public relations officer, gave the public the assurance that justice will be served in the case.
