Ita Enang has revealed that he was denied access to see Bola Tinubu
Ejesgist News reports that former presidential adviser Ita Enang has spilled the beans on what went down between him and Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s campaign staff during the latter’s visit to Akwa Ibom State for a rally. Keep in mind that on January 30th, Bola Ahmed Tinubu held a successful presidential campaign event in Uyo, where his fans turned out in large numbers to show their support for him.

Ita Enang, the APC gubernatorial candidate in Akwa Ibom, said that he felt terrible about his aides’ choice to prevent him from meeting the party’s presidential candidate behind the scenes of the grand event.
As Ita Enang claimed, Tinubu’s security personnel at Uyo’s Victor Attah International Airport warned him he couldn’t enter the country because of the lawsuit he filed against the party over the gubernatorial ticket.

Ita Enang explained, however, that he chose not to confront them because he didn’t want the presidential campaign to be tainted by scandal. They told me you have your own supporters and you don’t need Tinubu,” Ita Enang recalled of his encounter with Tinubu at the airport.
Ita Enang continued by saying, referring to his interactions with Bola Tinubu, “I was warned that I would not be admitted to the stadium where the event is taking place because it is widely believed that I am planning to announce my candidacy for governor there.
