Goodluck Jonathan, a former president of Nigeria, expressed disapproval of the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the All Progressives Congress.
Jonathan claimed that the ruling party’s same-faith ticket would result in gaps in the representation of Nigeria’s religious diversity.

He added that only states across the nation are permitted to use the same-faith ticket.
This was said by Jonathan in an interview that was included in the book “My Time As Chaplain In Aso Rock,” which was released to the general public on Tuesday.
