The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) witnessed the Labour Party (LP) commence its case this morning by summoning its initial witness.
Earlier this morning, the court allotted a three-hour hearing for the petition filed by the LP and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
During the court proceedings, the legal representative for the petitioners, Livy Uzoukwu (SAN), disclosed that they have a sole witness present in court for the commencement of their case, in response to the court’s inquiry regarding the number of witnesses they have.
More information will be provided shortly.
