My husband not a bush Fulani, he’s civilised – Atiku’s wife
Titi Atiku Abubakar, the wife of PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, has said that Nigerians should not worry about Atiku Abubakar becoming president because of where he is from.
Titi asserts that her husband is a civilised Fulani man, as opposed to those who live in the bush.
This was said by her on Wednesday at the party’s campaign rally held at Democracy Park in Ondo State.
“Nigeria will undoubtedly be better than it is now when Atiku is president.
“We won the most recent election, but the voting process was rigged. Atiku is a Fulani in truth, but he is a civilised Fulani rather than a bush Fulani. I have known him for more than 40 years.
“Atiku gathered the brightest minds for the administration during the Obasanjo administration.
“I will look after the kids and teenagers when I am the first lady. Financial aid will be provided. Vote for Atiku because he is the best candidate. The country is in need of food.
Atiku meanwhile urged Nigerians not to make the same error they did in 2019 when they elected the All Progressives Congress to power.
Atiku stated, “Thanks to your support in 2023, we were able to launch our campaign rally in Ondo State as the first state in the Southwest.
“All federal roads will be made motorable. We will set aside enough money to provide jobs for the young people. We set aside $10 billion for youths in our policy document. We have to help them.
“Unlike APC, we will support universities with funding. Nobody wants Nigeria to experience another APC.
