Female Tenant, Ifeoma Ossai, Squeezes Landlord’s Manhood to Death over electricity bill in Osun State
Ifeoma Ossai, a 33-year-old woman, was arrested by the Ogun Police Command for allegedly killing her 50-year-old landlord, Monday Surulere Oladele, over a minor dispute.
According to our correspondent, the suspect was apprehended after Olaleye Taiwo filed a report at the Sango Ota divisional headquarters.
Taiwo reported to the police that his brother, Oladele, was dragged by his manhood during a dispute with his tenant over an electricity bill.
According to him, the landlord died after falling to the ground and being rushed to General Hospital, Ota.
Abimbola Oyeyemi, a police spokesman, said on Tuesday that following the report, the DPO of the Ota division, Saleh Dahiru, led his detectives to the crime scene, where the suspect was promptly arrested and taken into custody.
During questioning, the suspect stated that the deceased had asked her to pay the electricity bill, but she refused to do so until the water was directly connected to her apartment, as promised by the landlord before she moved out.”
“As a result, the suspect grabbed the deceased’s manhood and dragged him away from the scene.”

“The deceased subsequently collapsed, and despite being rushed to the hospital, the on-duty physician pronounced him dead,” Oyeyemi said.
According to him, the corpse has been transported to the hospital’s mortuary for an autopsy.
Oyeyemi cited Commissioner of Police Frank Mba as ordering the immediate transfer of the suspect to the State Criminal Investigation Departments’ Homicide Section for further investigation and diligent prosecution.
