The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has begun recruiting college graduates and postgraduates for its direct short service cadets (DSSC) programme.
Nigerian Air Force (NAF) announced on its Facebook page that online registration will commence on December 19, 2022, and conclude on December 30, 2023.
Applicants must be between the ages of 20 and 30, whereas medical consultants must be between the ages of 25 and 40.

All applicants must hold a minimum of a second-class upper division degree with five credits in a related field of study, a discharge certificate or letter of exemption from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), and a certificate of full registration with their respective statutory professional bodies in Nigeria.
All candidates must be in possession of a local government area attestation, a passport photograph, and identification documents such as a driver’s licence, national identification number, or international passport.
Twenty professions are eligible for application, including aircraft engineering, armament technology, operations, communications, information and space technology, logistics, works and services, air intelligence, and administration.
Other professions include those in public relations, legal services, education, chaplain, imam, music, personnel services, account and budget, and medicine.

After submitting an application at Nigerian AirForce Recruitment portal, applicants are advised to print acknowledgment slips and local government area attestation forms.
Nigerian Air Force (NAF) stated that online registration is free and that computer literacy is a plus, adding that successful applicants will be invited to selection board interview exercises via the registration portal.
