Lack Of Education Responsible For Nigeria’s 80% Challenges

Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has attributed 80% of Nigeria’s problems to the general population’s lack of access to education.

Ortom made this observation over the weekend during a speech at the Benue State University (BSU) in Makurdi honoring four Sets of graduates in a combined convocation ceremony.

 

1) Matthew Hassan-Kukah, bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Sokoto, stated yesterday that President Muhammadu Buhari, former presidents Goodluck Jonathan and Olusegun Obasanjo, and others who led Nigeria were unprepared to become presidents. 3) The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has expressed optimism that its cash request to the Central Bank of Nigeria will be met by Tuesday or earlier. In an interview on Sunday, Festus Okoye, INEC National Commissioner and Chairman of its Committee on Information and Voter Education, disclosed this information.
