1) Atiku writes INEC and requests access to election supplies.

Atiku Abubakar, a candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the recent presidential election, has urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to adhere to the March 3 ruling of the Court of Appeal.

5) 15 Abducted Victims rescued by the Nigerian Police.

The State Police Command has rescued 14 kidnapped victims after 68 days in captivity. SP Mohammed Shehu, the command’s spokesman, stated that the victims were rescued by police tactical operatives and a vigilance group during a mop-up operation at Munhaye Forest in the Tsafe Local Government Area of the state.

7)  Lagos Bus-Train Collision: Forgive Me, BRT Driver Begs Victims

The driver of the Lagos State staff bus that was struck by a train at the PWD/Shogunle railway line on Agege Motor Road, Lagos, on Thursday has revealed the cause of the collision that resulted in six fatalities and 84 injuries. Oluwaseun Osinbajo stated that the bus developed a mechanical defect on the rail track and that he was not responsible for the collision.

9)  The National Democratic Coalition (NADECO) Renewal Group has advised opposition parties protesting Bola Tinubu’s election as president to abandon any hope of overturning his victory.
