1) INEC declares PDP’s Fubara Winner of Rivers Guber Polls

 

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for governor of Rivers State, Similanayi Fubara, has been declared the winner of the election. On Monday night in Port Harcourt, the Returning Officer announced that Fubara had received 302,614 votes, while Pastor Tonye Cole, the All Progressives Congress () candidate for governor, received 95,274 votes.
