Please be advised that the management of the NPC has warned that the ongoing screening of Field Coordinators, Supervisors, and Enumerators for the 2023 Population and Housing Census is completely free.
In response to the confusion that followed the screening of applicants for NPC Adhoc staff to be hired for the 2023 Census of Population and Housing, we have created this page as a resource for all applicants.
Field Coordinators, Supervisors, and Enumerators are the category of NPC Adhoc staff applicants currently being considered. Several weeks ago, brokers, labour, and others conducted the screening exercise.
If you applied online to become an enumerator or supervisor for Adhoc NPC staff, you are eligible for the Adhoc NPC staff check regardless of whether or not you received an SMS.

Many applicants for NPC Adhoc staff positions have inquired about the location of the NPC Adhoc Staff Audit. Please note that the NPC control area is located at the headquarters of the local government you have chosen as your local government. at the time of online registration, the applicant’s residence.
Simply visit your local government office and enquire about the NPC checkpoint. They will demonstrate. Ensure compliance with NPC control and Adhoc training requirements for personnel.
A requirement is the printing of the NPC Registration ID. To print your NPC Enrollment ID, visit http://2023censusadhocrecruitment.nationalpopulation.gov.ng and enter your NIN or NPC Enrollment ID, followed by printing the section containing your name and NPC Enrollment ID.
Should a candidate receive an SMS from the NPC before going to the screening?

Adhoc NPC Daily Staff Time is typically from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Remember that first-come, first-served applies. Try to be punctual.
Why PENDING NPC application status?
Your application status for an Adhoc NPC is still pending because you have not yet been verified. It is pending until you have checked out of the hotel. Note that a candidate for NPC Adhoc staff who fails the NPC exam will be disqualified.
