In today’s latest NPC News Ejes Gist News Nigeria has highlighted the NPC Salary Structure for Adhoc staff in regards to the 2023 census.
The salary structure for ad-hoc staff in Nigeria varies depending on the organization or institution that employs them. However, the National Salaries, Income and Wages Commission (NSIWC) provides a salary structure for Non-Academic Staff in Nigerian Universities, which can be used as a guide. This structure is also used for ad-hoc staff in some federal agencies.
According to the NSIWC salary structure for Adhoc Staff in Nigerian ministries Inc, the salary scale for ad-hoc staff ranges from N19,000 to N44,000 per month, depending on the level and grade of the staff.
The breakdown is as follows:
Level 1 (Grade Level 01 – 02): N19,000 – N25,000
Level 2 (Grade Level 03 – 04): N23,000 – N30,000
Level 3 (Grade Level 05 – 06): N30,000 – N39,000
Level 4 (Grade Level 07 – 08): N37,000 – N44,000
NPC Salary Structure for Adhoc Staff in 2023.
The summary of the salary and allowances for NPC adhoc staff during the 2023 Population and Housing Census is as follows:
- Facilitators: N150,000 to N300,000
- Field coordinator, N140,000 to N280,000
- Quality assurance assistants and rovers: N130,000 to N280,000
- supervisor, N130,000 to N230,000
- Enumerator: N100,000 to N220,000
- Monitoring and evaluation officer: N150,000 to N300,000.
NPC said that the main salary for NPC ad hoc staff will be paid after the completion of the census exercise.
