Delta not IPOB territory, gunmen should keep off – PDP Chieftain
Frank Esenwah, a PDP chieftain in Delta State, has issued a warning to unknown gunmen telling them to stay away from the state.
The state is not a territory of the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, according to Esenwah, the PDP candidate for Oshimili North Constituency in the 2023 elections, thus unidentified gunmen should avoid the area.

In several communities of the state, there have been criminal attacks, which the speaker protested against.
We were told that a criminal group attempted to terrify this town, but we praise God that the police were able to uphold their promise and one of them was murdered while two managed to flee with gunshot wounds.

“As leaders of this community, we will now consider what we can do to assist the law enforcement authorities in preventing further attacks of similar nature.
We must send them a message that this is not IPOB territory and that they should stay away from this village and the entire state.
