Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, has provided his response following the sighting of a man raising the party flag on Mount Kilimanjaro.
An adventurer known only as Gersh scaled the peak of the highest mountain in order to hoist the flag of the Labour Party and show his support for the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

The candidate for president has voiced his unequivocal and unbounded respect for the effort put in by supporters.
He added that the actions carried out by his followers, who he referred to as Obidients, gave him confidence in their determination to reclaim their homeland.
Peter Obi expressed his gratitude to Gersh for the tremendous work he had put in to delivering the Obidient message to the summit of Kilimanjaro.
