Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the , has distanced himself from the alleged manifesto of his campaign that has been making the rounds online.

A manifesto that many people believe to be Obi’s has made its way into the public space, and critics are welcoming it with open arms.

However, Obi stated that the document making rounds was only a draught of the manifesto, and the final, certified copy will be distributed at the appropriate time.

He issued a plea to the general people to dismiss the rumour that was circulating on the internet.

He said the following on : “We have not publicly launched our Manifesto. It will be handled by me directly.

The President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has commended the Governor for his initiative and given him his full support for the naira re-design while the Minister of finance has outrightly rejected the proposal.

Calling for it’s neglect as it’s coming at a wrong time when the naira value seems to be dwindling at a very fast rate.
