Rivers State University Recruitment  : The Rivers State University (RSU), Port Harcourt, formally known as Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST), was established in October, 1980 from the Rivers State College of Science and Technology, which was itself established in 1972. It is located at Nkpolu-Oroworukwo in Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State, Nigeria. Qualification

• Candidates must have at least a Second Class (Honours) Degree with Upper Division.

Candidates for the position must satisfy the following criteria:

• Candidate must be holders of Ph.D in the relevant field with not less than 3 years relevant teaching and research and/or industrial experience in Universities / Institutions of higher learning.
• In addition, candidates must have at least three (3) publications in reputable refereed journals.
• ln contribution to industrial growth and development, candidate is expected to have research experience evidenced by publication of reports. research papers, books, patents etc. and presentation of papers in conferences, seminars and symposia.
• Surgeons / Physicians (FWACS / FWACP) or National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria (NPMCN) or their equivalents.
