We must make sure that the late Bolanle receives swift justice. The governor said, “Our Government cannot watch as law enforcement officials who are supposed to be protecting our citizens kill them.

“I am aware that the police officers involved in the shooting incident have been detained, disarmed, and arrested by the Lagos State police command.

“I can assure you that the accused will have their day in court and that, in accordance with Lagos State law, nothing will be spared until justice is done fairly. Justice delayed is justice denied, so we will make sure it is done quickly.

Sanwo-Olu, however, urged locals to maintain their composure and refrain from enforcing the law on the matter, assuring Lagosians that the government will fulfil its obligations and bring Bolanle Raheem justice.
