Pastor Brings AK-47 To Church Service, Causes Stir Among Congregation
Pastor Uche Aigbe, the presiding pastor of the Abuja chapter of the House on the Rock, caused a stir on Sunday by bringing a gun to church.
The minister ascended the pulpit while carrying an AK-47.

The incident reportedly occurred during the second service, which regularly attracts a large congregation from various parts of the Federal Capital Territory.

Many members of the minister’s congregation pondered the rationale for his actions as he boldly walked the pulpit while carrying a firearm.

Aigbe, conscious of the tension his actions had created, approached the podium without looking at his congregation.
As he attempted to open his Bible, however, the minister smirked and said, “Some people are looking for my trouble. And I arrived well-prepared.

“Today, some pastors with the gift of prophecy engage in ripping people. For this reason, we should carry firearms and defend ourselves. I will be coming very soon to wake up those of you sleeping in the church.”
The entire congregation laughed at his response as he continued his sermon on protecting one’s heart from false teachers and the notion that faith without works is meaningless.
