Terror Attack: IGP rolls out emergency numbers
Terror Attack: Amidst increasing insecurity alerts from foreign Countries, the Nigerian Police Force led by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Usman Alkali Baba has rolled out set of Police Emergency Contacts
In lieu of recent advisory by foreign countries to it’s nationals amidst upcoming security threats in Abuja, Nigeria Capital Similarly, the IGP ordered that all emergency numbers across the nation be fully operational for a 24/7 rapid response with combatant officers and men on standby to respond in the event of emergencies and distress calls.

“Residents within the FCT are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious or abnormal occurrence and persons to the Police through the following emergency lines: 08032003913, 08061581938, 07057337653, and 0802894088,” read a statement from Force Public Relations Officer CSP Muyiwa Adejobi on Thursday night.
“The IGP, therefore, allayes citizens’ fears and cautions them to go about their lawful businesses and regular social lives/engagements because all hands are on deck to thwart any security danger in its tracks and quickly respond to distress calls.

“The IGP similarly reiterates the Nigeria Police’s commitment to eliminating all threats and protecting the lives and property of all citizens of the nation,” reads the statement.
