Tinubu US visa denial – Orji Kalu Opens Up
Tinubu was never denied US visa – Orji Kalu
Orji Uzor Kalu, Chief Whip of the Senate and Senator Representing Abia North in the 9th Senate, has stated that the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was never denied a visa to enter the United States despite the rumours to the contrary.
On Saturday, Kalu refuted the report on his Facebook page and attributed the development to the opposition’s efforts, saying that they were responsible for it.

In response to the report, Kalu called it “fake news” and claimed that Tinubu had delayed his trip to the United States.
He went on to say that the information he had received from the Department of State indicated that the presidential candidate would arrive in the country in the third week of December.
Kalu dismissed the report as false information.

He stated, “As the election draws closer, the opposition will spread more fake news against our presidential candidate; however, we should always ignore these rumours and keep our eyes on the ball.”
The report that Tinubu was denied a visa to enter the United States is a fabrication, just like the rest of the fake news. Tinubu was never prevented from obtaining a visa because he postponed the trip himself.
It was confirmed to me by the United States Department of State that Tinubu will be received during the third week of December.
