By his stripes, you are healed. And by his stripes we are healed.

The ultimate plan of God is not divine healing but divine health. Divine health is your birthright in Christ Jesus. You should never accept the life of sickness or any form of infirmity, in Jesus Christ, there is no sickness at all. 3 John 1:2, “Dear friend, I pray that you may prosper in every way and be in good health physically just as you are spiritual” (Holman Christian Standard Bible Version). You may ask, is it possible to enjoy divine health? Yes, it is because the “Zoe” lives inside a child of God. “Zoe” means God’s kind of life.

When we became Born Again, we received divine life – the God kind of life living inside of us. This divine life that lives in us is the resurrection power that raised Jesus from the dead. The “Zoe” was imparted into our spirits and our bodies became inoculated against sicknesses and diseases. It, therefore, means that no sickness survives under the presence of this divine life that lives in us. Romans 8:11, “And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.” It, therefore, means that we can enjoy divine health because resurrection power lives inside of us.

God had also offered divine healing in case any part of our bodies becomes sick. The Bible said, by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). The words “we are healed” are in past tense and meaning that our healing Has been fully secured on the cross by Christ 2,000 years ago. It, therefore, means we are not praying for Christ to heal us but to receive healing, which Christ had already secured for us; we do not pray for victory but pray from victory to victory. Beloved, live with this understanding that your sickness whatever the name maybe is already healed by God and what remains is for you to claim your healing over that sickness.
The price for your healing was paid in full by Jesus Christ on the cross. You don’t pay for a product twice. “By His Stripes We Are Healed” that Christ not only came to save us from sin but He came to make us whole. Jesus was flogged 39 times with one of the many torturing tools of the Roman soldiers known as “Roman Flagrum” (2 Corinthians 11:24). The Roman flagrum has sharp bones and irons on it that ripped out the flesh of the victim every time they are hit.

By his stripes we are healed
Jesus received the most iconic tortures in His time. The Roman flagrum with which they flogged Jesus 39 times gave Him body marks/stripes. Each of the 39 strokes took care of sickness and the 39 strokes took care of all our sicknesses and diseases. The Bible affirms this fact this way, “by His stripes we are healed”.
The stripes of Jesus addressed Cancer, HIV, Stroke, High Blood Pressure and all manner of sicknesses and diseases. The assurance that we are healed is that Jesus took away our sicknesses and diseases and put them on Himself. The Bible said, “Surely our sicknesses he hath borne, And our pains — he hath carried them” (Isaiah 53:4). Beloved, whatever sickness or disease you may be suffering from, YOU ARE HEALED NOW IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.
