The immediate past President of the Senate of the 8th National Assembly has taken to his social media handles to condemn the ban which was placed by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mohammadu Buhari, on the use of Twitter. The erstwhile Senate President while admonishing Gen. Buhari to review the ban said “No sir! This should not be the response from the president of a nation with a vibrant youthful population for whom
#Twitter is part of their daily lives and a source of their income and livelihood. This must be reviewed.”
