1. Senior Human Resource Development Officer I (Training) at WAEC Recruitment Portal

Job Description
- The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Head of HRM in ensuring that all activities relating to training and development are carried out successfully.

- The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of professional level administrative duties involving budgets, policies, procedures, organisation, planning, contracts, facilities, equipment, supplies, personnel and special projects.

Qualification & Experience
Applicant must possess:
A Bachelor degree of not less than a Second Class Lower Division from a recognised University.
Must be Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and ACA.
Credit passes in WASSCE/SSCE/GCE “O” Level or equivalent of five subjects including English Language and Mathematics at one sitting or
Credit in six subjects including English Language and Mathematics at two sittings.
Applicant must have at least three years post qualification work experience.
(b) Desirable Attributes/Competencies/Skills
Eligible applicant must;
- demonstrate high degree of integrity, confidentiality and reliability;
- possess leadership ability;
- have high proficiency in computer applications (e.g. Quick Book, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Internet skills);
- be self-motivated, can write good reports and analyse reports;
- be task/result-oriented;
- be very meticulous in executing assigned tasks;
- be prepared and willing to work extra and odd hours;
- be willing to work under pressure to meet targets;
- have good interpersonal skills, be a team player, can work with little or no supervision and have good writing, analytical and communication skills.
