The documents, which were allegedly obtained by Tinubu but carried the name ‘Bola Adekunle Tinubu,’ were presented by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) through their subpoenaed witness, Mike Enahoro Ebah.

During the proceedings, led by PDP counsel Chris Uche (SAN), the witness also submitted nomination forms (EC13 and EC9) and accompanying letters addressed to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Representatives from INEC, as well as the counsels for Tinubu (Emmanuel Ukala, SAN) and the APC (Lateef Fagbemi, SAN), objected to the admissibility of the documents.

At the time of this report, the defense lawyers are preparing to cross-examine the witness.
