Duties & Responsibilities at First Bank Recruitment for RelationshipÂ
â–ª Supervise activities of retail marketing staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers.
â–ª Promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
â–ª Ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets
â–ª Approve expenditure for the branch marketing team within limits
â–ª Ensure branch operating cost is within approved budget
â–ª Ensure zero tolerance for inactive/dormant accounts
â–ª Manage all staff in the team to achieve increased value creation, volume of business and enhanced profitability for the bank
â–ª Ensure effective risk asset appraisal, disbursement and monitoring
â–ª Provide timely and accurate reports in prescribed formats and intervals
â–ª Ensure excellent working relationship with the branch operations staff
â–ª Perform all other duties as assigned by the Group Head.
JOB REQUIREMENTS for First Bank Recruitment for RelationshipÂ
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Academic Qualification: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably business-related.
Minimum of 3 years relevant banking (marketing and credit) experience.
Prior experience in Retail Banking is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and at least 2 years in management position with responsibility in Retail & marketing units, relationship management, product management and Marketing and retail sales.
