Why American court dismissed Atiku Abubakar’s case against Bola Tinubu

According to court papers dated July 31, obtained by The PUNCH on Saturday, August 5, Judge Patrick J. Heneghan dismissed the case without prejudice. The suit, with Atiku as the petitioner and CSU as the respondent, was ruled on by Justice Heneghan. The dismissal without prejudice resolves all matters pending before the court, as reported by ThisDay.
