George disclosed this information during an interview with ARISE Television.

George, who revealed this in response to a visit from Tinubu’s camp, insisted he holds no grudges against the former Lagos governor.

Recall that a delegation led by Prince Tajudeen Olusi, chairman of the All Progressives Congress’ (APC) Governance Advisory Council (GAC), had met with George in Lagos.

He said:

“It has no effect on the people. I am a purebred Lagosian. “I was born and raised here, and there is so much degrading that you should contact my local government.”

“First of all, Femi Gbajabiamila had been here, we had conversations, and I told him everything I wanted them to accomplish in Lagos. Let Lagos be the best city in the world, make life more meaningful, and have a positive impact on the minds of the people, because the power lies with the people.

“I was born into a political family in Lagos, and I was raised to respect what is right, what is just, and what is equitable. Absolutely nothing personal. If they say he has won and I say it is up to me to decide whether I will live under his control, and he cannot control me individually, I will not break the law.

“What we desire is the rule of law. What exactly is democracy? The government of the people, the rule of law, and in every court in this country, you’ll find the lady of justice blindfolded with a sword and a scale, dispensing justice according to the facts. Let us therefore await the decision of the Supreme Court.
