Not only Kano State people but the entire good people of Nigeria as well as other good people across the globe. So, I just want to say a big thank you to everybody.”

The protracted legal battle stemmed from Governor Yusuf’s challenge against the lower courts’ decision, which nullified his election and declared Nasiru Gawuna of the All Progressives Congress as the winner.

The Supreme Court’s definitive ruling has not only restored Governor Yusuf to power but has also affirmed the integrity of the electoral process in Kano State.
