Justice Usman Malam Na’abba issued the order on Tuesday, April 16, following an ex parte motion filed by Haladu Gwanjo and Laminu Sani, represented by their counsel Ibrahim Sa’ad.
These individuals, identified as executive members of the APC Ganduje ward, cited allegations of bribery leveled against Ganduje by the Kano state government as grounds for his suspension.
