Senator-elect David Jimkuta has been disciplined by the Taraba State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for alleged gross anti-party activities.

According to reports, Jimkuta has been expelled from the party by the Takum Local Government division. This is according to a letter dated April 7th, 2023 and signed by the party’s council chairman, Hon. Sirajo Sallau.

The expulsion came after a disciplinary committee investigation into the allegations levelled against the senator-elect. Given these findings, the party decided that expulsion was the best course of action.
