Pastor Paul Enenche of Dunamis Church is accused of inciting violence from the pulpit, prompting the APC to demand that security agencies restrain him.
Melaye attempted to disrupt proceedings at the INEC Collation Centre in Abuja on Monday after he alleged irregularities in the presidential election results for Ekiti State.
He requested that the INEC chairman, Mahmood Yakubu, request the state collection officer to reconcile the numbers on the result sheet with those uploaded to the commission’s website, but the chief electoral officer denied the request.
Melaye, one of the PDP agents, later left the center, accusing INEC of collaborating with APC’s efforts to rig the election.

The APC, however, referred to Melaye’s actions as “the macabre dance of a dying horse.”
The party urged the PDP to accept defeat with dignity, noting that the path for the ruling party to win the presidential election is now clear.
