Linda Yaccarino, Woman Appointed As New Twitter CEO By Elon Musk
The new CEO of Twitter has been named as Linda Yaccarino by Elon Musk.
On his Twitter page, Elon Musk announced the appointment of the NBCUniversal executive.

Musk announced the news in a tweet that read, “Looking forward to working with Linda to transform this platform into X, the everything app.” Musk made the announcement early on Friday morning.
Yaccarino, he claimed, “will concentrate primarily on business operations, while I concentrate on product design and new technology.”
As rumours about her selection for the Twitter position grew, Yaccarino announced her resignation as head of advertising for NBC earlier in the day.
In December, Musk declared that he would leave his position as CEO once he had found someone to take over.
Her hiring comes after she boasted about her “work ethic” while interviewing Musk at a marketing event in April, a meeting that some have speculated may have been crucial to hers selection.

In her biography, it is stated that she is “…a strategic and operational bridge across the entirety of NBC Universal…responsible for stewarding and monetizing the company’s industry-leading portfolios.”
2) She graduated from the esteemed Pennsylvania State University in the United States, where she majored in telecommunications and liberal arts from 1981 to 1985.

3)Prior to joining NBC Universal, Linda worked for Turner for 19 years, up until 2011. Executive Vice President/COO of Advertising Sales, Marketing, and Acquisitions is how her position there has been described.
4) According to her profile, she has won numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the most influential women in entertainment by various websites.
5)Her over 11-year tenure at NBC Universal comes to an end with this new project, which is anticipated to give Musk more time to concentrate on Tesla Inc. and less time on Twitter.
