Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, has cautioned Nigerians about making ‘unwarranted’ and ‘unguarded statements’ regarding President Tinubu’s government concerning insecurity and rising food prices.
In a statement released by the Ministry of Defence spokesperson, Henshaw Ogubike, on Friday, Mr. Matawalle emphasized the need for citizens to refrain from using inflammatory comments against the government.

He emphasized that the President and his team are tirelessly working to alleviate the burdens on the Nigerian populace. Matawalle advised those propagating disunity to abstain from further unwarranted utterances, as such actions will have consequences.”
