The statement, bearing his personal signature, expressed the court’s deep sadness and heavy hearts upon learning of Justice Mallong’s untimely demise. He revealed that the esteemed Judge passed away unexpectedly on the 30th of July, 2023, after battling a brief illness while stationed in Abuja.
