Popular Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has found himself embroiled in controversy as a real estate company accused him of falsely claiming credit for the sale of a property that was actually facilitated by the said company.
Edochie, along with his second wife, Judy Austin, had previously announced the launch of their real estate company, Isi Mmili Company, just a few months ago.
However, the recent accusation of deception has cast doubt on the authenticity of the actor’s property sales claims.

The controversy unfolded when Yul Edochie took to his social media platforms to announce the successful sale of a property.
Soon after the announcement, a real estate company entered the comment section, contradicting Edochie’s claim and accusing him of fabricating the sale.
Social media users were quick to react, with some expressing skepticism about the actor’s announcement. One user remarked, “The Yul clout chaser we know would have posted who bought the house, shaking hands, or bank balance or something for evidence it’s a lie.”
