Cross River Slay Queens Sentenced To Five Years Jail Term For stealing and Selling Baby For N150K
Two slay queens were sentenced to five years in prison by a Federal High Court in Calabar, Cross River State, for selling a one-year-old boy.
The suspects, identified as Uduak Uwem Sunday, 22, and Blessing Etim Asuquo, 18, were arrested on April 18, 2023, by agents of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and Other Related Matters (NAPTIP).

The slay queens were sentenced to five years in prison and a fine of N2 million by Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu, who rendered judgement on the case.
Christian Samuel was reportedly stolen and sold for N150,000 at Technical Round About along Murtala Muhammed Highway in Calabar, according to an anonymous source from the agency.” The infant’s name is Christian Samuel.
The slay queens refused to reveal who they sold the child to or where they took the child.
