Keyamo Reacts To President Tinubu’s Ministerial List Amidst Being Snubbed

Former Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo, has responded to President Bola Tinubu’s ministerial nominees.

 

The presentation of the nominee list was made by the Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, effectively putting an end to speculations.

The list containing 28 nominees was officially presented to the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, at 01:19 pm on Thursday.

Notably absent from the list was Festus Keyamo, who had previously been a vocal online defender of Tinubu’s decisions. The exclusion sparked online mockery, given Keyamo’s previous stance on supporting the President’s actions.

However, despite being left out, the All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain showed magnanimity in his response.

 

Taking to Twitter, Keyamo extended his heartfelt congratulations to all the ministerial nominees selected by President @officialABAT, emphasizing that they truly deserved their nominations.

 

He tweeted: “Huge congratulations to all the ministerial nominees by the President @officialABAT; very well deserved”

  1. Festus Keyamo is know for his integrity, his support for president Tinubu is not for a rewardfor a ministerial appointment but good governance.
