Father Loses 9-Year-Old Daughter Due to Access Bank Mobile App Failure
A heartbreaking incident has occurred, resulting in the loss of a young life due to the failure of Access Bank’s mobile app. A Nigerian father, who works offshore, has reportedly lost his 9-year-old daughter in a medical emergency because he was unable to transfer funds using the app.

According to a statement by PIDOMNIGERIA on Monday, the father was left helpless as the app failed to function since May 5, 2023, preventing him from paying his daughter’s hospital bills. The daughter, who was admitted to the emergency unit of an undisclosed hospital, was left unattended, leading to her tragic demise.
