The All Progressives Congress () has criticized a social media post as deceitful and deliberately deceptive.

The post claimed that the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Olukayode Ariwoola, had supposedly informed President Bola Tinubu to get ready for a rerun election.

Additionally, the report shared by Strategic Communication expert Jackson Ude alleged that the CJN’s private phone discussions with Tinubu, the Director-General of the Department of State Services (DSS), Yusuf Bichi, and two other Justices of the Supreme Court had been leaked to United States authorities.

According to the post, the leaked conversations have led to two more Supreme Court justices being prohibited from entering the United States.

In response to this, the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, issued a statement on Tuesday night, asserting that Jackson Ude fabricated false information regarding a matter of great national significance that is currently being reviewed by the Presidential Election Petitions Court.

Morka stated that President Tinubu and the APC unquestionably won the Presidential election on February 25, 2023, and, therefore, have no reason to engage in private discussions with the CJN regarding ongoing petitions before the PEPC.
