Bayern Munich Suspend Sadio Mane For ‘Punching Teammate
Sadio Mane was reportedly suspended by Bayern Munich following his altercation with Leroy Sane following their 3-0 loss to Manchester City.
Mane and Sane argued in the locker room following Bayern’s 3-0 loss to Manchester City on Tuesday.

The Senegalese international was unhappy with the manner in which Sane addressed him on the field and confronted him after the game.
He punched Sane in the face, leaving him with a bloody lip.
The two were separated by the intervention of their teammates. Sane exited the locker room to prevent tensions from escalating further.
Bayern confirmed Sadio Mane’s punishment for punching Leroy Sane in a statement.
Bayern executives have met to discuss the future of Mane.

Instead of terminating his contract, the German giants have suspended him for their match against 1899 Hoffenheim on Saturday.
It is unknown if he will be permitted to return after this weekend’s game.
Mane has also received a fine. There is no mention of the amount.
Sadio Mané, age 31, will not be included in the FC Bayern squad for next Saturday’s home game against 1899 Hoffenheim. The reason is due to Mané’s misconduct following FC Bayern’s Champions League match against Manchester City. Additionally, Mané will be fined.”
