Court Remands Doctor Olaleye Accused of R3pe
Dr. Olufemi Olaleye, 57, a medical doctor at the Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, has been remanded after being accused of engaging in sexual activity with his wife’s niece, who is 15 years old.
A court in Ikeja that deals with sexual offences and domestic violence remanded the medical doctor today, Wednesday 30th, 2022.

After he entered his plea on a two count charge bordering on the defilement of a child and s3xual assault by penetration preferred against him by the Lagos State Government, the court remanded him so that he could continue to be held in custody.

He entered a plea of not guilty to the charge that was brought against him, and as a result, he was allowed to post bail in the amount of N50 million with two sureties in the same amount.
