The Federal government through, the (SEC) has taken action against six in its ongoing efforts to combat the activities of unregistered and illegal firms that claim to provide investment and financial services and products.

 

The firms that have been blacklisted are Prime Invest, Primeinv.co, FXBoxed, New Finance LLC, New Fx Limited, Axi24, Evolve Consulting LCC, and Trust Fund-Mining Global Pty Limited.

The Commission has issued a circular stating that it has been made aware of certain e-commerce companies and their websites that provide online trading platforms to the public for investment purposes. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a cautionary statement advising the public to refrain from engaging with a group of companies that have been placed on the blacklist by the Italian securities regulatory body, Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB).

According to the report, CONSOB has added five more e-commerce websites to its blacklist due to their unauthorised and fraudulent financial services. The list of websites that have been blacklisted includes capmarketstrategy.io, Bitsterzio, Invest Atlas, Ether-Arena Limited, and veneab.co, which operates under the name Ether-Arena Limited.

 

 

The Italian regulatory authority, CONSOB, has issued an order to Internet Service Providers (ISPs) operating within the country to restrict public access to websites that have been blacklisted. Additionally, CONSOB has advised potential investors to exercise the utmost caution when making investment decisions.
