Former Imo Speaker’s Orderly, Chiji Collins Found Dead In Bush in Imo state
Chiji Collins, an aide to a former speaker of the Imo State House of Assembly, has been discovered dead.
A few days ago, the body of a man named Charles was discovered in a bush in the Oguta Local Government Area of the state.

A few weeks ago, Charles, a police inspector, was abducted along with a driver in the Ohaji/Egbema region of the state.
They were reportedly travelling in a Hilux and an SUV when their assailants intercepted them and led them into a bush.
The driver was later discovered dead as the search for Charles continued.
Charles’ corpse, which had already decomposed, was discovered a few days later.

Colleagues of the deceased told Ejes Gist News Nigeria that the command was saddened by the murder of the state’s Mbaise-born Inspector of Police.
According to one of the sources, Charles’s body was discovered in a bush in the Oguta region. His body has decomposed already. He passed away in such a tragic manner. A cut was made on his neck. This is so revolting!”
Henry Okoye, the state police spokesman, confirmed the incident and stated that the state commissioner of police, Muhammed Berde, had dispatched a team of police investigators to apprehend the murderers.
The command will ensure that those responsible for the Inspector’s death are apprehended and brought to justice.
