Renowned actor and Labour Party chieftain, Kenneth Okonkwo, has set the record straight regarding his departure from the ruling , emphasizing that he resigned from the party and did not defect.

“The 55-year-old politician said he is not very ‘comfortable with the word defection’ because he resigned from the APC and joined another party. ‘You defect when you move from one party to another,'” Okonkwo explained during the interview.
